Dave Leatherman aka René van der Weijde is a music producer / DJ with his roots in the early 90's. He was partly responsible for the success on the early 90's stealth label (Rotterdam) with releases like TFX (Deep Inside Of Me), Trancemission (Keep this Party Slammin') Techno Grooves and Space Trax (Bounce). Later on he joined the Pegasus label and together with Lex van Coeverden he produced the 90's hit Atlantic Ocean - Waterfall which was a huge success in many countries. In 2010 he picked up on producing and DJ ing again. Currently producing tracks on the Ibiza based Golden Key label, which also brings him to Club Lio  - Ibiza for gigs in the summer season.

Architekt meiner eigenen Klangwelten – 
mit Ableton Live erschaffe ich LIVE-SETS, die aus meinem Kopf direkt in die Ohren und Herzen der Zuhörer fließen. Keine vorgefertigten Tracks von anderen, sondern pure, unverfälschte Eigenkompositionen. Ich nehme Audio-Loops, verschmelze sie mit meinen Ideen und erschaffe etwas, das es so noch nie gab – jedes Mal ein Unikat, jedes Mal ein Stück von mir. 🎧🔥

Ob auf Open Airs oder in Clubs – meine Sets sind nicht nur Musik, sondern Geschichten, die ich erzähle. Und das Beste? Jede Geschichte ist anders, genau wie die Momente, in denen sie entsteht.
