Jay Murphy team up with the wonderful Natalie Nova to produce a cover of the classic track of Taste Of Honey "Boogie Oogie" and give this track a new life by adding som jazz funk vibe in it. Young Pulse did a remix of this track with his signature touch.

Jay Murphy is a Franco-American musician living in Paris, France. As  a producer, singer, composer and keyboard player, he's been performing in various Funk bands since the early nineties. Most noticeably with Malka Family, Juan Rozoff and Greements Of Fortune to mention a few.

On Remix duties we have Birdee and his huge remix of ‘Raize A Blaze’. Fresh off his storming version of ‘Do What You Feel’ last year on ZR the debonair Italian takes on one of the highlights from Dave’s 'Produced with Love II’ album. ‘Raize A Blaze’ is re working of a Rod Temperton (Thriller, Rock With you) obscurity that elevates it from its original form with low slung disco bass and soaring live strings. Native Londoner Xan Blacq provides a vocal that would give Phillip Bailey a run for his money.

New York Born, Madrid domiciled @casbah-73 has been on fire over the last couple of years tearing it up with some sublime releases on Lovemonk, Boogie Angst and Glitterbox. Creating modern disco very much in his own image his tracks always stand out with obvious care attention to detail and a whole lot of love injected into their DNA.

His latest see's him continue his ongoing partnership with the excellent Madrid based @Lovemonk imprint which has previously borne some real gems. They have quite handily brought in Disco legend Dimitri From Paris @dfp on remix duties of Doing Our Own Thing and as you might expect from this heady combination of exciting upstart and legendary production wizard the resulting track is pretty incredible.

A standout moment from Dave Lee’s Produced With Love II album last year, ‘Look At The Stars’ is the first collaboration with Detroit vocalist Maurissa Rose ahead of a full feature length album together next year.

For this single Dave Lee has reworked the album cut into a full 4/4 stomper, priming it for dance-floor action. The dreamy sample makes a perfect pairing with Rose’s soaring vocals, whilst underpinned by Dave’s crisp production and house heavy beats.

Backing up the release is a very special ‘Moog Dub’ where Matt Cooper voyages away effortlessly over the track, for a heads down journey into the outer atmosphere.
