Wrapping up the singles from their debut album “Live For The Moment”, “Hooked Upon On Your Love” captures the soulful side of Random Soul’s productions.

With up front vocals from Yogi, driving funk guitar and live bass from Nick Norton, Live horns and funky synth work, this track is a monster and a must have for any soldiers of soul.

First up on the remixes, we have Russian funk master Pasha NoFrost. Pasha is best known for his winning interpretation Hardsoul’s “Back Together”. He took out the winning remix for Traxsource, which threw him into the spotlight of the soulful house realm. His remix is no exception to his soulful roots, bumping a groove that is perfect for the summer parties around the world. Funky bass, 80’s inspired synth's and jacked up beats help this remix bounce into the poolside DJ sets.

Up next is the Sydney duo “Set Mo” making some fresh waves in the deeper house realm. The boys have taken a moody, yet big room deep house approach to this soulful vocal. This is a proven dance floor destroyer for the late night sleazy deep house freaks out there, don’t sleep !

Needing little introduction and a perfect way to wind up a funk fueled single, we have South African producer extraordinaire, Shane D. Best known for his ability to add energy to a soulful groove, Shane’s remix oozes class and it is one that will surely get the ladies moving. The 5th single from Random Soul's debut artist album is "Hard To Love Me". It features the up-front vocal performance of RSR's resident vocalist, Kristen Pearson. This bouncy, summer infused song features lush melodies and rocking guitar riffs that drive this energy right to the pool parties and summer festivals.

The RS lads decided to take on remix duties too, giving it a slice of sleazy nu-disco heaven. With a building synth arp and looped vocal, this track is going to smash up the place. Breaking down to a more soulful and groove based outro, this is truly a colourful remix. Paying tribute to a sound that both Yogi & Husky are personally very fond of. Let this one take you to a happy place.

Dave Mayer, born in 1986, discovered his love for the divers house music spectrum in the 90's by listening to DJ mixes and live radio broadcasts by Masters At Work, DJ Sneak, Carl Cox and others.
