The Higher Committee is an independent record label based out of Jacksonville, Florida founded by songwriter/producer Brandon“Beezie”Shumpert in January, 2018. The label’s roster of artist include front man “AGB” and co-star “David Planes” as well as Beezie and a host of other talented artists and producers from the Duval County area.

Tobias L. Tankard, Jr. is a Jacksonville native. 
He is a musician, songwriter and music producer. Being  raised in a musical family and literally growing up in the church, he began to gain interest in playing drums at an early age. This developed into him producing music at a very young age.  Becoming a professional musician,songwriter ,arranger and producer all by the age of 16. Tobias gained more experience by playing drums for churches, stageplays, concerts and conferences both locally and nationwide. Tobias segued this experience into creating his own brand, Rhythm 2 Melody, Inc. in 2015. T
Tobias is always ready to work and embraces any genre.
