Hailing from Glasgow, Scotland — a city steeped in underground culture and home to the legendary Sub Club — “The-Peas” earned his stripes grooving on that floor. Behind the decks as a 16-year-old, now 30+ years deep in the underground house scene, he’s carved out an inimitable groove — delivering high-energy, peak-time party sets rooted in raw House, with samples of hip-hop, jazz, soul, funk, and techno.

Sleazy hi-hats. Chunky slabbed beats. Twisted jazz.
This is groove with grit — deeply influenced by the OG Chicago House godfathers, he brings a new school strut to a timeless sound.

Across the 2000s, he held down residencies with ChicFreak (MAS & Art School), Clubdup, Air Organic, and BarSoba — bringing the vibe to underground parties and radio — from Glasgow to Amsterdam, Toronto to Chicago.

Now, he’s channelling decades of dancefloor energy into highly crafted productions — already releasing on some of the world’s most consistent underground labels like Cross Section Music, Groovphoria Records, Feel the Funk, and most recently Toronto’s Purveyor Underground.
