The song 'Take Five,' originally by Filo Machado, is one of the most iconic jazz standards, known for its unusual 5/4 time signature. Andruss transforms the track into a vibrant blend of house with a Brazilian Latin twist, creating an entirely new listening experience while still maintaining the essence of the original.

'Take Five' begins with a deep, pulsating bassline that drives the rhythm, merging seamlessly with Latin percussion elements that bring a tropical and dynamic atmosphere. The signature 5/4 rhythm is preserved but subtly adapted to flow more smoothly within the house genre, making the structure more danceable and accessible while still keeping the experimental spirit of jazz intact.

Soft guitar riffs are blended with accents that echo the original 'Take Five,' but with modern, enveloping vocals by Filó Machado. The Brazilian touch is evident through the use of instruments like samba drums, pandeiro, and cuíca, adding a distinctive and unique flavor, as if this version is transporting listeners to the vibrant streets of Brazil.
