PHANTOM 426HP(HORSE POWER) es el alter-ego de Hugo Rangel, miembro y fundador del ya conocido label de la zona surde la Ciudad de México llamado "NEON KNIGHTS CREW". Este proyecto denominado "PHANTOM 426HP" engendrado a principios de 2009 comienza como un experimento poco usual en lo que al dijing se refiere y poco a poco toma forma siendo bastante bien aceptado en los eventos de la zona sur, el fidget-house fue el genero clave durante el primer par de años, pero a partir de 2012, "PHANTOM 426HP" se convierte en un proyecto mas centrado al EDM, glitch-hop, trap, moombah, entre otros generos. Con 22 años de edad y 7 en la escena, aparte de estar ahora en planes de incursionar en la producción musical, este caótico y estruendoso talento a tenido la oportunidad de formar parte de eventos importantes tanto en la ciudad de méxico como en algunas ciudades del interior de la republica(Guadalajara&Pachuca).
Participando también en eventos importantes a lado de artistas internacionales como:
