This is one of my first recordings using CakeWalk. I think I called it T12 mostly for lack of a better name.

This is a happy little acoustic peace I recorded for the walks in the woods with my family. Woldumar is the name of a park in Lansing Mi.

Britt Paul and I recorded this song together. When we were recording the bowed guitar parts I was not getting what I was looking for. We recorded these guitar parts twice. Brit said hang on and he played the two parts together. That's what I was looking for. Britt Paul on intro vocals and percussion.

This is a little instrumental prog rock sort of thing. Recorded on 4 track a long time ago. I may re-record this eventually. This song has no name. So it is Track 06.

This is my little version of a Jazz Standard called Blue Bossa. I am a Rock Guitar player trying to play some Jazz here. Please forgive the bent note in the solo. I did that purely out of habit. Learning Jazz is still on my bucket list.

This is an odd 4 Track recording. This track has some back masking in it and is in an odd time signature I think. I think I had a name for it but I can't remember now. So this is Track 08.

This Is The Thing

Hello, my name is David Craig Robertson. I started playing guitar at the age of  12. Before then I had taken piano lessons and played the bass violin in the orchestra in middle school. When I discovered I could play some guitar I dropped all else to focus only on guitar. Maybe not the best decision but I was just a kid. I started playing in little high school band's by the age of 16. We played school dances and assemblies and graduations (commencements) and many party's. The summer of my senior year after graduation, the high school band broke up. Soon after, the high school band reformed as a fusion band. After that I played in a band called Born Naked. Born Naked played in the club scene in East Lansing Mi. for some time. It was a big party. Eventually I played in a band called Random Access. After Random Access I got married and started a family. During this time I started playing in Church. No more drunken party's for me. I ended up playing guitar in a Mega Church. I was also playing in christian rock bands. Also I had my own original band called Strange Truth.  At this time I decided to stop playing gigs and just write and record music.
 I am practicing, writing and recording. I hope someone enjoys the music. That (in a small nut shell) brings us to today.  Peace out man. David.
