This guided spiritual meditation takes you on a journey through 4 phases of Liberation. If you are experiencing any form of stress, struggle, anxiety, depression, dark night of the soul, difficult/challenging experience - this journey is designed to support you in Surrendering to Source. Or simply if you want to move deeper into Surrender with the Divine :)

One of the most challenging aspects of our journey is to know how to Release, how to Receive, how to Accept ourselves. Each of the gateways offers a way to move through, offering a different form of liberation for your Soul each step. Allow yourself to be taken on this voyage back to who you truly are.

4 Gateways of Soul Liberation ~ Healing Meditation

Before listening:

- Please tune in and write a list of those in your life you feel insecure about when you see what they have - and what you want. Perhaps you feel inferior to them because of it. Or jealous or competitive. Whilst this is designed for ‘what others have’, it can be applied to any area and use the meditation to adapt to that area. The list doesn’t need to be long and you can always return to this meditation another time with a new list.

There is great power in transmuting your shadow into light. Here is one such exercise in the form of a blessing.

I created this for anyone who is working/expressing/creating, to help move beyond the idea that 
a) feeling Insecure about where you are at compared to others is to be judged. 
And, 
b) how to transmute this into a treasure. Here now for your growth 🙏🏽

This journey is to Bless those in your life who you feel insecure about when you compare yoursef to them. If we allow these feelings to continue, it can cement powerful statements about reality. It can prolong ideas about Scarcity, We are not good enough. Others have it easy and we don’t. 
Also it can lead to victimhood and unhealthy comparison. 

Competitiveness, Unhealthy Comparison, Insecurity are normal and its important we do not pretend we dont have it, repress it or judge it within. 

Instead we can transmute it through the power of Blessing.

When we do this we acknowledge the truth that life is infinitely abundant and everyone deserves happiness. As we do this, we simultaneously acknowledge that we also are part of that abundant Universe. Plus it feels incredibly liberating!

This journey is targeted towards those who are doing work of some kind, yet can be applied to anything as well.

One aspect of the Divine Feminine that many are familiar with is that of the Holy Grail, which is both sacred symbol and myth. The most popular story around the Grail is that it was the cup held up at the foot of the cross to catch the blood from the wounds of the dying Yeshua on the cross. There are many versions of the story but all agree that the Grail was a sacred container holding the blood of Yeshua the Christ.
