ENLIGHTENMENT mindfulness meditation music & sound therapy

These Aquarian mantras are chanted in the (ambrosial hours- two and a half hours before the sun rises) they were given by Yogi Bhajan the master of Kundalini Yoga. His instruction was to use until 2013 as a foundation of strength to awaken the truth and wisdom of the soul as we move fully into the aquarian age. Sadhana is a way to cleanse the body and psyche of subconscious patterns and habits. The glandular system is stimulated through the vibration of sound, we become like a stringed instrument plucked and resonated into alignment.
Through chanting together in community we can begin to develop capacity, range and elevate our consciousness calming the duality of the mind and finding a resting place for heart and soul as we move toward our inner divinity.

Hlekkurinn á vegg síðunnar vísar á Dalai Lama að kyrja forna möntru úr Rig Veda, „Maha Mrytyunjaya“. Mantran var hljóðrituð af einum nema hans, með leyfi Dalai Lama. Í fyrstu neitaði hann, en féllst síðan á það og mælti svo fyrir að aldrei mætti selja upptökuna, aðeins gefa hana. Ef þið deilið henni með öðrum, gjörið svo vel að láta þessa orðsendingu fylgja og biðjið þau um að gera slíkt hið sama.

Þýðing
Ég hugleiði hina guðlegu veru og gef mig á vald henni sem í býr viljastyrkur, þekking og athöfn, ég bið til hinnar guðlegu veru sem kemur fram í ilmi lífsblómsins og nærir að eilífu lífsins jurt. Megi lávarður lífsins losa mig undan áþján líkamlegra, sálrænna og andlegra skaðvalda líkt og natinn garðyrkjumaður. Megi lávarður ódauðleikans sem býr hið innra frelsa mig frá hrörnun dauðans og veikindum og sameina mig ódauðleikanum.

Útskýring
Þetta er græðandi og nærandi mantra – kjarninn í Veda. Sá græðandi kraftur sem þessi mantra vekur berst í bylgjum frá líkamanum til hugans og til sálarinnar. Hún styrkir mátt vilja, þekkingar og athafnar, losar um flæði eldmóðs, hugrekkis og einbeitni. Straumur þessarar möntru vekur græðandi öfl hið innra og laðar jafnframt að græðandi krafta náttúrunnar og skapar umhverfi þar sem kraftar beggja stefna saman. Þessi mantra er ómetanlegt hjálpargagn fyrir græðara og kennara. Hún tengir okkur við græðarann innra með okkur og auðveldar okkur að ná fullri næringu úr mat.

Natural Guilt is connected to the collective social evolution of humanity. Guilt can, in some instances, help make important changes. Guilt is useful when the individual has a certain self-awareness and ability to feel remorse for a genuine mistake. In this case it is possible to learn from a mistake and adjust the perspective and behaviour accordingly. 

Most often, guilt does not lead to remorse or any meaningful shift in perspective and behaviour. This I call Pointless Guilt which can become a nagging and all-pervasive feeling that may or may not be tied to anything specific. We can be born into a feeling of guilt that belongs to our parents or our bloodlines. We can be born into racial guilt where we feel we must atone for the ‘sins’ or failures of our race. We can incarnate with the patterning of guilt from other life mistakes. Guilt erodes our sense of innate worthiness. Guilt can enhance a state of emotional paralysis or confusion. Ongoing levels of guilt will feel stressful. We can feel guilty for just being alive. Guilt opens us to manipulation and narcissists are experts at probing the guilt of another in this way. An underlying sense of guilt can lead to a desire to rescue others in an attempt to atone for the feeling. Guilt can lead to psychic attachments and invasion. Guilt is an open door that others can use to access our energy fields. Guilt can also be induced through mind control programs and subliminal messages. Guilt leads to suffering, period! All such non-useful forms of guilt are addressed in this meditation.
