Aloha liebe Freunde der entspannten Medicine Musik!  

Alle Jahre wieder finde ich mich in der Mitte des Augustes in einem wundersamen Feld aus Schall und Räucherwerk, Hexen und Zauberern, Marktschreiern und Gauklern, Begegnung und Konfrontation wieder.  
Diese heilige 1-wöchige Prozession führt mir immer wieder meine höchsten Kräfte sowie dunkelsten Schatten vor Augen und stellt eine große Quelle der Inspiration für mich dar. Die Rede ist vom New Healing Festival. 

Aus Dankbarkeit für die Lebendigkeit meines Lebens und aus der speziellen Stimmung meiner Healing-Erfahrung, die ich nun als Erinnerung in meinem Reisegepäck trage, möchte ich meinen Remix des „Universal Lovers“ von Fantuzzi mit dir teilen. 

Der Mix ist schon vor längerer Zeit entstanden, nun habe ich ihm den letzten Feinschliff verpasst und ihn für die Welt der modernen Medicine Music vorbereitet.

Steve Bug's seminal Poker Flat Recordings is back with another essential release - 15 killer grade dubs from the imprint's rich back catalogue. 

These dubs - stripped down to their raw grooves tweaked for maximum deep impact - have long been a major part of the label's underground aesthetic, and here we get 15 of the mightiest from some of Poker Flat’s top artists. 

Tracks by Argy, Martin Landsky, Adultnapper, Alex Niggemann and Boris Dlugosch all feature, with remixes supplied by some true auteurs of the art form.

Lawrence's take on Donnacha Costello's 'Leaving Berlin' is one of many highlights, as is Steve Bug's 'A Night Like This' from 2001 which receives the Richie Hawtin treatment, resulting in a dub techno masterpiece.

We are proudly presenting our second catalog number by ALEJANDRO CASTELLI from Berlin. 
His NATURAL EP features two original tracks which go by the the name of Peru and Natur. Co-producer is a well known traveling man called NU.

Peru is a stomping up tempo piece of sweeping music that blows you off your dirty dancing feet. The second title Natur slows us down a bit and makes us dream of long and warm summer days. It contains a heartwarming vocal sung by his grandma and combines classical South American sounds with a catchy tune.

On the flip side you'll find hip shaking remixes by Dutch live animal SATORI and a lovely couple from northern Germany called JUST EMMA.

There’s no stopping Theus Mago right now. Mexican cosmic groove wizard, Duro bossman all-round G; Mago continues to lay down gold after gold after gold. Hot on the heels of his Correspondant outing comes this deep hypno session on Pets.

‘BAQA’ takes the lead, hurling us into some deep trance manoeuvres with its voodoo style chant and hunch-backed creepy chord progression. Total drama, done with class; there’s a lot of fun to be had with a track like this. ‘Jingo’ follows suit with another narrative-like atmosphere. Powered with a deep drive, laced with a little electro charm and armed with an elevated twist onto a whole other melodic plane just when you least expect it, this one’s so detailed you’ll find it hard to mix out of.

Finally we have the brilliantly-titled ‘Rave Dave’. Thundering drums, rising chords, creepy FX and a momentum that locks you in like it’s 1991 all over again, an industrial strength EP deserves an industrial strength finale. Everyone knows a rave Dave – the type of soldier who could dance all weekend and still be fresh for a Monday – well these are the sounds that loop in his mind. Now they’ll loop in yours.

Duro's four-year anniversary celebrations continue into 2020 with the second part of their 'Muy Duro' VA release.

Celebrating every explorative sound, feeling and experience the Mexican label has become synonymous with over its short but impactful life so far; across these five tracks the label takes us down a maze of musical rabbit holes. Each one coming from a new friend of the label hailing from Berlin to Buenos Aires, each one designed to suck you right into the groove, each one capturing the essence of what Duro stands for.

Opening duties are taken care of by Fausto. Here the Mexican artist sets the scene with a cosmic voyage. Deep chugs and rippling guitars, 'Rumble' starts us off as we mean to go on. It's followed by Darlyn Vlys' equally mesmerising 'Wuzu'. Big reverbed drums and vivid calls of the wild, it's swampy, intense trip into the rain forests. With no clear way home.

Elsewhere Jepe's 'Rosmarin' takes a darker, heads-down approach with its rumbling acid and switched-up kicks while MORDISCO takes the tempo right down and deftly weaves his Latin roots into a hunched-back, ever-mutating creeper 'Sacromonte'. Last but never ever least, Argentinian duo Carisma live up to their name once again with the heavyweight 'Otro Planeta'. Heavy, moody, spiky and laced with iron kicks and a superb elastic bassline, it's the perfect conclusion to another powerful collection from Duro.

Here's to a new year and a new decade. Duro are only just warming up.

Auf der Blu-ray bzw. DVD gibt es zudem eine Version mit Bild, ohne Sprecher. Ein kontemplatives Filmerlebnis, das die Essenz des Staunens über die Schönheit der Natur noch mehr zum Schwingen bringt und das über die Wegnahme des Kognitiven ein Mehr generiert. The next drink in our glass is served to you by the marvelous Armenian musician @moonsvoyagerlive. His tracks, in which he gives oriental harmonies a danceable character, deal with the diversity of life in all its manifestations.

The first track on the EP is called "The Blue Shoeshiner" and the outstanding piano melody takes us back to a time when saloons and juke boxes still where a big thing. The two remixes by @samahaofficial and @monkymanmusic take up the basic idea of the track and give it their own flavor in a unique way.

The second track with the title "The Bride’s of Moks", tells the story of an ancient Armenian province in all its beauty and grace. Modern electronic revisions were contributed by @nutia and @antaares.

As usual we want to thank all artists involved, as well as Kilian Van De Water for the outstanding artwork and @haunted_water for the flawless mastering.

Exactly one year ago we started our new year with lots of positive intentions, unstoppable musical rituals, love, endless dances, and hugs. 
At that time we couldn’t possibly imagine any of the outcomes we all are dealing with right now. 
An idea we are about to share with you has always been there. 
we have been circling around it, and 2020 made it all more clear it was time for action. 
It was time to dedicate ourselves to something bigger than all of us, and we choose to do so with what we love. 
With this movement, we’d like to spread the word into our community that we all are capable of doing more, with what we love. 
We believe that the only way to say thanks to our Mother Earth, who suffers so much especially last period, is to leave something after us. 
The whole revenue from album sales will serve global reforestation. 
Nothing from this would be possible if not for the enormous support from all the artists involved.
We are beyond grateful for this compilation, in which you'll find a glorious selection of downtempo, electronic, ethnic, folk, deep, tribal melodies.

We have teamed up with a non-profit organization,
‘’One tree planted’’.

Hypnotic sounds, melodic journeys around the world and dark but bouncy sounds are the connecting elements in the musical proposal of Peruvian musician Marco Tegui. In 2009 he started his electronical music career, creating a big impact in the South American scene. Starting 2014, his sounds have arrived to Europe and he established his residency in Berlin. We are very happy to welcome Marco for another breathtaking 2-tracker on Kindisch.
