The only way is to empty your mind of all prior definitions of the problem. "I can't open into that Quantum moment if I think I have a handle on it." That's humbleness, not knowing. Giddiness is practical, as everything is involuntary. Happy for no reason.

There is no cause but mind. To release attack thoughts you must see there is no difference between attacking and being attacked. Attack is not possible. Jesus teaches: I am not a body; my mind cannot attack; so I cannot be sick. You believe you have attacked God in your mind. Attack and defense seem to be the natural order so we don't question the idea of attack. It is the lynchpin illusion.
