KALA: ein traditionelles Hawaiianische Wort, das soviel bedeutet wie „FREI“. Es gibt keine Grenzen. Alles ist möglich. 
MĀLAMA: Bedeutet soviel wie „HEGER“. Hegen und pflegen, bewahren und beschützen.

Mein Name ist Brigitte Frei-Heger - ich bin eine naturverbundene Powerfrau und stehe mit beiden Beinen fest im Leben.

Meine eigenen Lieder handeln unter anderem von süssem Parfumduft in einer Sommernacht, Lebensfreude, dem Glücklichsein und vielen Schmetterlingen in einem wunderschönen Garten.

Ich danke meinen Gesangslehrerinnen für eure Inspiration, Geduld und Liebe, mich auf meinem Weg zur Verwirklichung der eigenen Lieder zu begleiten. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Katrin Corazza-Züllig und Rea Hunziker. Michael Baumann hat meine Lieder in Notenform zu Papier gebracht. Herzlichen Dank!
