Youth on Record’s vision is for youth to discover how their voice and value can create a better world through creative education opportunities and arts exploration. Youth on Record's Media Arts program teaches podcasting interns to produce multiple youth-centered and youth-facing podcasts each year. This program gives youth the chance to explore podcast production and storytelling through hands-on learning in the field and in the studio.

David Ladon is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, producer, and educator. With genre-bending compositions, detailed orchestrations, and an abundant sense of humor, David's music explores the outer edges of pop. His music has been defined as "post-hip" and "genre bending" as he draws influences from myriad of styles - from Rock, Jazz, and folk, to Klezmer, Tropicalia, and Afro-pop.
