Gorgons Eye Profound Radio 019 [Adrenaline]

With the evolution of dance music, the emergence of tech trance and many top shelf trance producers releasing tech tracks under their own brand or alias's, the sinister yet energetic tone of this music is a force to be reckoned with and should not be ignored.

"I Am Machine" is the first of my new series of "IN*4*ME" sets where I seek to blur the boundaries between trance and techno including elements of psy-trance, hard trance and hard house to create an alternative experience to the usual melodic and uplifting aspects of the Trance genre.

Set is full-on progressing from 132 to 163bpm.

Set Travesty Biggest Disco Radio

D.J.G. & M.I.K! - Profound Radio set 30.04.2024

I had a lot of fun recording this mix.  136bpm to 141bpm put together specifically for a starting slowly/finishing faster 10k training run that I'll be doing later (which I did averaging 8min miles/50mins-did its job!).  Tracks 1 and 2 are a couple of favourites (Cala Conta is a beach near San Antonio Ibiza-a place I love).  A harder track at number 11, then a couple of classic trance tracks to finish the exercise session.  Enjoy.

I have been a lover of dance and specifically Trance music for over 25 years. I have always wanted to be a DJ but like most people have concentrated on a career and family.
My kids have all grown up and now I have more time to myself. I picked up my first pair of decks in December 2020 and have not put them down since. I love DJing and wish I had started all those years ago.
