Hector Moralez
 
Rising from Oakland, California he fast become one of house music’s elite, Hector Moralez has paid his dues by working tirelessly from the bottom up.
 
Hectors ambitions began as a 17 year old DJ, working at the infamous ‘Primal Records’ Store. His sounds take influence from Latin, jazz, funk, hip hop and soul and are sewn together with grooving bass lines and phat beats.
 
Hector’s character, hard work and innovative ability has given him a prominent standing in the house music scene, leading him to become one of the most sought after artists. Also forming the production phenomenon “Fries and Bridges” with regular partner, Phil Weeks [Paris]. Releases from Hector have appeared on highly respected labels such as Robsoul, Music For Freaks, Nightshift, Detour, Vista, Brique Rouge, Doubledown and more recently Dj Sneaks Magnetic and Sneak Classics labels
 
Out now his highly anticipated debut album with Chris Carrier, being released on the amazing French imprint Apollonia.
 
 
Horatio
 
A Romanian blessed with a great passion for music, with an underground musical adventure. Horatio’s talent helped him to be quickly spotted by the VIVa Music label, as well releasing on Desolat, with his floor wrecking “How Much 909” which was one Loco Dice’s records of the year in 2013.
 
Horatio’s hard working production efforts paid off with his remixes for ‘Jindo - Summer Stories’ and ‘Alessio Collina – Conmigo’ was heavily played and supported by Ricardo Villalobos & Richie Hawtin respectively.
Recently nominated for the best new artist in the Romanian underground scene is the highest ascension for his reputation, for being talented as he is eager proceeds him…

Theta Eridani (θ Eri, θ Eridani) is a star in the constellation Eridanus. It has the traditional name Acamar from the Arabik Ākhir an-nahr which means "the end of the river“.
Acamar is a double star with some evidence suggesting it is part of a multiple star system
Acamar's distance from Earth as measured by the Hipparcos astrometry satellite is approximately 120 light-years.
Ptolemy described Acamar as a first-magnitude star, which some have taken to be in fact Achernar, which today appears just above the horizon in Alexandria where Ptolemy lived.
Achernar, however, was not visible to Ptolemy (it is from Alexandria today due to procession); its declination in 100CE was -67, making it invisible even at Aswan. Ptolemy's Eridanus thus without doubt ended at Acamar, which rose about 10 degrees above the horizon from Alexandria. This fact besides positively identifying Acamar as the original "end of the river", also strengthens the case for Acamar having been first magnitude in ancient times.

After two standout sets from Andreas Henneberg and his alter-ego Cascandy during our Desert Hearts 3 Year Anniversary Festival, we fell in love with the work-horse producer from Berlin and knew we had to have him release on Desert Hearts Records. Everything from Andreas' music, his vibe, and his personality were a perfect fit for our Desert Hearts Family. We were even more excited when Andreas told us he'd love to release on our label as The Glitz, his breakout side project with production partner and DJ Daniel Nitsch. While the title track "Chubby Cheek" leans more on the techier side, it's the B-Side "Freedamn" that embodies everything that Desert Hearts stands for: Love, Freedom, & Positive Energy for the world. The acid flavour of the EP opener "Safe" sees Ghost Culture turning classic club sounds to a darker tone of house and techno. Still 'unashamedly club-rooted', the track sees progressions through different landscapes of dance music history – all painted within Phantasy's rubric of steady tension and euphoric release throughout.

Back in 2014, Martyn and Steffi released the 'Fonts For The People' EP via Martyn's 3024 imprint and the result was a rave-inspired, heavy-hitting slab of electronic music. 

A track on the incredible 'Ostgut Ton: Zehn' album followed but apart from that we've been waiting for some new Doms & Deykers​. That wait is now over and we couldn't be happier that the two powerhouses have reunited.

Celebrating 10 years as a label, Rekids founder Radio Slave delivers a mesmerising production with a remix from Ostgut Ton’s Marcel Dettmann.
