Bass Scoops Radio in conversation with Catherine Backhouse, the artist known as Xylitol. I first ever  heard Xylitol this year playing live  at StrangeBrew in Bristol as part of the Tudor Acid’s Electro Café night. OMG  was this a live set  to behold!!! , absolute amen fuelled  breakbeat tearout bizness paired  with lush ambient sonics. As soon as Xylitol came off stage I rushed over to talk her into an interview  for Bass Scoops which she kindly agreed to do. In this show we have mixed in some  standout tracks and  we get to hear about the Krautrock - Jungle connection , the technical detail behind her fantastic productions, the Eastern European electronica radio show and more. We finish with an extra special mix of dubs and VIP’s that Xylitol recorded  especially for Bass Scoops Radio.
