Seven Wave “Sat Nam” Meditation

EYES:
Eyes closed and focus on the brow point

MUNDRA:
Hands in the prayer pose at the heart center. [palms flat, thumbs touching the center of your sternum. Prayer pose supports the self to be centered.]

BREATHING PATTERN: 
Inhale deeply, focus on your breath as you chant SAT (with your exhale) in six waves and let NAM be the seventh wave.

[On each wave thread the sound through the Chakras (Energy centers in your body) as you pulse the wave at each point. 1st chakra (rectum) 2nd chakra (sex organs) 3rd chakra (navel point) 4th chakra (heart) 5th chakra (throat) 6th chakra (brow point) 7th chakra (top of the head) ]

MANTRA: 
SAT NAM is a Bij (seed) mantra (SAT means truth, NAM mean identity). A seed contains all the knowledge of a tree, words are like seeds. They can grow beauty or destruction.

TO END: 
Inhale deeply three times and sit quietly for 2-3 min. and notice the experience you created, experience you.

Award-winning Producer/Guitarist David Vito Gregoli combine his unique talents with multi instrumentalist/producer Ricky Kej, acclaimed singer Kimberly Haynes and percussionist/sound healer Christo Pellani for the first time to bring you "Om Land, a meditation on the divine sound".
With roots in the artists’ own spiritual philosophy, this dynamic collaboration is inspired by the “OM” symbol.  “Without beginning or end, OM embraces all that exists,” explains Gregoli, an avid meditator and Buddhist. “Just pronouncing the two OM syllables creates a percussive vibration that flows from the back of the throat onto the lips. A-U-M.” Adds Vito, “We started with that very personal and yet universal sound as the core, and then layered on our musical interpretations.”
Vito has interwoven the human voice, synthesizers, percussion and acoustic guitars to represent the spiritual and vibrational OM as a bath of sonic energy. The result is a soothing and yet uplifting listening experience that brings their audience into harmony with the Divine.
