Born from friendships forged amid the sessions and late-night ramblings of the Raven Folk Club, Chester Folk Festival, the Kings Lock sessions, the Woodman Inn sessions, the Crow'n Sceptre sessions, the Smoking Whistle sessions, and more besides; midswégan is a group of very nice people from the Incredible String Band, Full House, Galleon Blast, Sølan among others, who really enjoy each others music and company. Paul Wallis, 'a left handed guitarist with a twist' performing a selection of small venues throughout the Midlands into Wales. Unencumbered by the traditional band, he brings new clarity to the electric blues guitar using a looper, giving a full dynamic sound. Playing reworked versions of old favorites using a unique style (left handed strung right!)

Johnny Sax Pugh. Songwriter, freelance & session Saxophonist.  Johnny toured and recorded all over the world with many world famous bands and singers and was front man for The Climax Blues Band (Lead vocalist, saxophonist & harmonica player) for 5 years
Nick Cane. Guitarist/singer has also been a pro musician for years and has toured both under his own name and with many famous acts.
