My song is about the great figure of Brendan Behan, an Irish writer. I composed the text first, after reading all his books. These days I've been practicing piano, trying to regain some confidence in my playing. Althought, I learned with Czerny's speed exercises, lately, I've been drawn to play slower pieces. But then, my dark side likes to takes over and uppens the tempo into something bizarre. Anyway...
Like many people from my country and my generation, I grew up watching dubbed shonen anime like Dragon Ball Z. Despite having moved on with my life, that anime always found a way to come back to me. Nowadays, that feeling of nostalgia has been monetized, but back then, it was like catching up with old friends. But now that its creator is gone, I guess it's finally over. Only his art remains, the love he put in it, and the joy it brought us.
