Samuel is a Irish born DJ from Waterford has been perfecting his craft for the last decade.

Starting young Samuel always had a ear for electronic music & started mixing records before he was even allowed into a nightclub.

After running partys and playing at most venues in the South of Ireland.
Samuel started taking his love for music over seas making appearances in Germany 🇩🇪  The Netherlands 🇳🇱  & Croatia 🇭🇷 

While also making appearances at Konnect Festival in Ireland!

Focuses on energetic melodic vocal house & techno.

Samuel is now based in Amsterdam.

Have being djing about 15 years, I am originally from Waterford in Ireland but made the big move to come to live in Perth Australia in August 2012 and have just recently started mixing again :) love all style of underground electronic music and really enjoy to recorded different styles of mixes. Children of the 80s!
The hype around Norway’s electronic duo Let’s be Light gets bigger and bigger as they’ve been touring with their energetic live band around Norway. Let's be Light is a mix of heavy beats and harmonies, voices, sounds, songs, thoughts and lightning moods. You can easily let yourself be misled by this music, colored by synths and beats from times back. Let's be Light knows exactly how they want to put their flashbacks, while directing the attention purposefully forward in a playful musical landscape. 

The band got a lot of attention around their debut EP in November 2011. “Man” was awarded Untouched Song of the Week on Norwegian national broadcaster NRK radio in February 2012, as well as being playlisted on NRK’s radio. Since then, the electropop duo teamed with BISI Music releasing several singles. The duo was nominated for “Lutt” Award 2012 in NRK and was in 2013 picked to play at this year Blast as one of Norway's most promising bands.

DEBUT ALBUM: After spending time in an artist center in Vilnius and in the small village Rognes, Norway; Let’s be Light have managed to compose a brilliant synth pop album packed with nostalgia and light melancholia. You’ll meet yourself, life, death, nature and the city, in a mix of feelings and moods. If pop-happiness is a feeling, this is what you get!

Det lysner av flyktig og fornuftig galskap! Let’s be Light smeller videre med tunge beats blandet inn med lekre harmonier, stemmer, klanger, sanger, tanker og lette stemninger. Vi kommer inn - og vi blir DER!
Musikken kan karakteriseres som synthbastert popmusikk med klare referanser til 80- og 90-tallet. Selv om mange av låtene har et lett melankolsk preg, spenner musikken seg fra rolig elektronisk pop til fengende disco, og videre til støyklanger.
Let’s be Light dukket senhøsten 2011 opp av underflaten for å berike verden med herlig og fengende synthpop. Eksperimentering og utforsking av forskjellige musikalske uttrykk hadde resultert i en EP som raskt fikk mye positiv oppmerksomhet:
