The latest act to emerge on Anjunadeep, LA duo Leaving Laurel bring their delicate touch to Anjunabeats, with a fresh rework of Andrew Bayer and Alison May’s ‘Open End Resource’.

“We became big fans of Andrew Bayer’s music back in 2011 with his Distractions EP and as a result discovered that it was on a label called Anjunadeep…there’s something particularly special about our first remix as Leaving Laurel being an Andrew Bayer song. We really enjoyed the original version of “Open End Resource” and had so many ideas to reimagine the song using just the vocals. A lot of what you hear on our remix is the result of our experimenting with recording guitars and live drums to cassette tape - we had no idea it would all make it to the final cut.
