The first KOT podcast of 2025 comes from Strobe Events founder, David Corrigan!

David Corrigan is a Techno DJ from County Down. He is also founder & owner of techno events company Strobe Events.
Over the past 3 years, he has ran numerous events in Ireland, including 1 in Ibiza with German Techno promoter Hard Am Start.
He is known for his high energy style behind the decks, mixing a blend of raw/hypnotic techno to Hard Techno.
With further plans in the pipeline for this year, 2025 looks to be an exciting year for him and Strobe.

Drunken Kong - Balance

New release by our boy Oscar L, delivering two bombs in Aura EP. Oscar had a fantastic year dropping some bangers in the tops label reaching several top 10 during the year. 'Wah Wah' this techno base is inspired by old techno tracks that melt House percussions and Techno kicks, recovering those drops where everything started again in progression and creating a tension that explodes without the drum rolls help. 'Aura' continues the success of his last release in Truesoul, this new track makes the most of the groove and a melodic line of arpeggios that culminates with an aggressive synth to put the icing on the cake with this late hit.

The Brooklyn NY duo, Robert Junior & Tony Di Angelis, makes its debut on Transmit Recordings with a three-track bomb of an EP. Side A kicks in with Evolve a dark edgy type of track with very underground driving sounds. Side B features Get Down a more groovy techno track that will most definitely get the dancefloor going. The EP closes strong with Cyclone a driving track that just rocks the entire duration. This EP is a must for your playlist.
