Leading up to my album Roots, the time is right to drop the next chapter in my return to the underground.  "My Roots" is very representative of the original vibe when I started out in house music, but done in a very current & modern mentality.

The sounds that I started out with are back in a big way in the underground, and I just felt very inspired to create something that has that party vibe.  I went back to my grimy, dirty jackin' house sounds with this one, and it's very representative of my DJ'ing technique with builds, big bass line drops and huge soaring vocals.  It's been fantastic to see how well it's been received on my dance floor!

Axwell’s progressive house anthem ‘Center of the Universe’ has been broken down, reworked and revamped into an even grander electro-house remix by up and coming Polish DJ/producer Blinders. Officially released on Axtone on the 14th of October, this remix of ‘Center of the Universe' is ready to become a classic.

This remix has ramped everything up into an even more anthemic piece of big room electro-house with harder kicks, uncompromising electro synths, and bigger build-ups, leaving space for the reworked vocals of Swedish singer Magnus Carlsson to ring through.

The new remix was originally a re-edit sent to the label as a demo that is now being released in it’s own right - A clear indication that Axtone do check through their submissions to find genuine talent!

'Center Of The Universe' works on the classic anthemic progressive house sound that Axwell and his label have made their own and was released on Axtone earlier this year - an acclaimed track also used in Carlsberg’s ‘Where’s The Party?' campaign.

In spite of his young age, Mateusz Owsiak, better known as Blinders, has already progressed leaps and bounds in the industry and received support from Dirty South, Alesso, Dimitri Vegas, Sebastien Drums and many more. Blinders initially gained popularity after making a remix for Dirty South and Thomas Gold - “Alive”, which climbed to the top of the Beatport Chart. His musical talent is clear as he already has an eclectic collection of tracks and remixes under his belt - ranging from a Drumstep remix of Katy Perry to an acoustic piano cover of Whitney Houston.

Following on from his first official release of 2013 with fellow producer Dmitry KO and vocalist Amba Shepherd with 'Let The Love' which dropped on the formidable Dutch imprint Spinnin' Records, premiered by BBC Radio 1 and DJ Tiesto, notching up over 2 million youtube hits, Starkillers returns this time with his remix of 'Turn This Love Around'. His notoriously fierce energy and capacity to formulate build and drops combine to create a mammoth club track produced at the highest standards of electronic music. This is a sign of things to come for Starkillers, a new direction which sees a honing of his unique talents and production skills which will result in groundbreaking new tracks for the US artist.
