On the 30th of April (Dutch Queensday), an event called "Beat The Bridge" took place beneath the legendary John Frost bridge in Arnhem (The Netherlands). This famous bridge was considered to be "a bridge too far" during the second World War and therefore it has an important part in our history.

Organizing duo Global Soundz, asked A-lusion to produce a piece of music together for the event.
After getting inspired by the location and last years event, they decided to write a positive track about freedom and life. Combined with a few mechanical & raw elements that reflect the strength and glory of this massive steal bridge. Cross the bridge that's holding you back and live your life as you want it!

HARDWELL RELEASES REMIX OF KREWELLA'S #1 DANCE HIT "ALIVE"

Dutch dancefloor destroyer Hardwell has been on a tour de force of late. In a week that saw Hardwell reach 500,000 followers on Twitter. After breaking viewer figures for the most watched liveset at Ultra Music Festival Miami and trending around the world on Twitter, the Breda born superstar then went and took Coachella by storm with another highest ranked liveset of weekend #1 of the iconic California based festival. During his explosive Coachella performance Hardwell debuted his infectious remix of Krewella's breakout single, 'Alive'.

"I love to do remixes of original tracks I really love. And I was already playing Alive." said Hardwell in an interview with Krewella, which debuts on vevo today. "I love the vocals. I love the chords. I think the song is perfect. I fell in love with the song when I heard it for the first time." 

Back in March, Hardwell passed the torch for Best Breakthrough Artist at the International Dance Awards to electropunk trio, Krewella. This year, he takes the IDMA for Best Remixer (and Best European DJ) and affirms his title with this booming, big-room house remix of 'Alive', which debuted this past Friday on Pete Tong's infamous BBC1 Radio Show and was released for sale exclusively on Beatport today.

The stage is now most definitely set for what will be the biggest Hardwell summer ever!

Davide Sonar is one of the founders of hardstyle music. Since 2002 his productions have marked the history of Italian Hardstyle and thanks to his unique sound, emotional but hard, he has become very popular worldwide.

‘Techno Noise’, ‘Go Go Go’, ‘You aRe My Life’, ‘Techno Boheme’, ‘Reactor’, ‘Beatz 4 U’, ‘Sarabande’, ‘All of Me’, ‘Dedication’, ‘Natural’ and ‘Believe’ are his greatest hits over the years. His tracks appeared on hundreds of compilations and thousands of vinyl records!

As a DJ he started to spin records in Italy, Switzerland and the UK. In a short amount of time he became a huge international Hardstyle DJ. He has played in various well-known clubs all over the world, from Australia to Europe and from Europe to the USA. Next to that he performed at almost every big festival/event in Europe such as Defqon.1, Q-Base, Westfest, X-Qlusive, Tomorrowland, Hard Bass, Global Gathering and Decibel Outdoor, plus an extraordinary live performance at the stage of the massive Q-Dance’s event: Qlimax, (2009) in front of 30.000 Hardstyle and Hardcore lovers!

After several years of an incredible collaboration with Scantraxx, where Davide owned his own sublabel ‘Scantraxx Italy’, Davide decided to join the brand new label ‘Italian Hardstyle’, where he will bring the Italian Sound to the maximum level under the artistic direction of DJ Zatox!
