With a pioneering history in Drum & Bass, Davide has released iconic tracks on labels such as 31 Records, Renegade, React, DNBB Records, Industry, Defunked, and his own imprint BS1 Records.
His influence is felt throughout the music industry, with his work gaining support from leading artists like Hybrid Minds, Noisia, LTJ Bukem, Ray Keith, and Carl Cox. His music has been spotlighted on major platforms including Apple Music Beats 1, BBC Radio 1, Spotify, Beatport, and Drum & Bass Arena. Throughout his career, Davide has released numerous records, produced, and remixed tracks for high profile artists like Carl Cox, Moby, Sting, Giles Peterson, and Josh Wink, while also composing soundtracks for TV, film, theatre, and video games. An ARIA award winner and BAFTA nominee, Davide has performed globally, headlining major festivals like Roskilde Festival before settling in the UK, where he launched BS1 Records, a label that continues to push the boundaries of quality Drum & Bass. In addition to his musical achievements, Davide has created several award-winning software titles, including Scaler 2, Scaler EQ, and DC Snares, revolutionising how producers approach music composition. Recently, he has written full soundtracks and designed sound for video games such as Ticket to Earth and Torque Drift, while also scoring major events like the Sydney New Year's Eve Fireworks and the Open Saudi Tourism Show, with his music being heard by over a billion people worldwide. I make music to remind people who they are. To help them come home to themselves through sound, story, and emotion. My mission as an artist is to create music that empowers people to live life on purpose. Everything I write comes from a real place of transformation, connection, and truth.

After two decades of singing across Australia in the blues and soul world, I’ve stepped fully into the next era of my sound, one that blends the raw soul of Aretha Franklin and the grit of The Black Keys with the cinematic emotion of Adele and the energy of Alabama Shakes and Marcus King. My voice has always been my anchor, and now I’m using it to build an entire world of music that spans soul, pop, rock, dance and drum and bass.

I’ve been blessed to work with an incredible team of producers and creatives who believe in the vision as deeply as I do. My long time collaborator Michael Mumford and I have written over twenty songs for my upcoming album Prologue, a piano driven body of work that maps emotional transformation through the chakra system and scale of consciousness. It’s music designed to move listeners from lower to higher states so they can feel themselves move from pain to power, fear to freedom.

On the electronic side, I’ve been collaborating with JPA, and together we’ve created house and dance anthems like Fierce and Stand For, both of which have been played across global dance floors and supported by DJs around the world. With Davide Carbone, I’ve stepped into the liquid drum and bass space through songs like Finding Myself, All I Desire and Breaking Free — music that merges emotional storytelling with hypnotic rhythm and cinematic production.

The next chapter begins November 1st 2025 with the rollout of my first major single, Growing Pains. This release marks the beginning of a full scale campaign combining classic release strategies with modern digital storytelling. It’s a body of work brought to life through live studio performances, cinematic film clips, acoustic versions, and content designed to expand reach, engagement, and connection with audiences worldwide.

My team includes some of Australia’s most respected producers and creatives — from Drew Carmody in A&R and co management, to filmmakers, stylists, and designers who have helped me shape an identity that feels both grounded and iconic. We’re building something that isn’t just about music, it’s about energy, artistry, and evolution.

At the heart of it all, I’m an independent artist with a major vision; to build a catalogue that spans genres and frequencies, to write songs that artists around the world will sing and to lead with authenticity and truth. I believe in alignment over hustle, intention over noise, and connection above all else.

This is just the beginning. The next few years will see the release of Prologue, a string of singles across multiple genres, and collaborations that bridge the worlds of soul, pop, dance and drum and bass. Every song is a reflection of where I’ve been and where I’m going, a reminder that we can transform pain into power and create art that heals.
