ever just want to, idk, escape?

A nice, deep, feelsy prog and pure trance mix, unintentionally heavy on the Pure Trance/Pure Progressive labels but they really know how to do it. This mix took parts of my Best of 2023 trance mix which never came to be, and resurrected and refreshed them with some other tracks I've loved for a while. An auditory journey from 120 - 135 BPM. Headphones on, volume up, and escape.

My passion for music began at age 7 when I listened to the first vinyl of my life “The Beatles, Rubber Soul”. Since then I fell in love with music, listening to influences like, Spinetta, Charly Garcia, The Beatles, Queen, Gun’s and Roses, etc.

The passion for electronic music was born when at the end of elementary school, I went to the historic ENERGY PARADE (I was 12!), a Historical Festival in the Bosques de Palermo. From there I began to listen to Radio Energy and to follow artists like JP Firter, SLR, Squad 99, among others.

As a Teenager I  played in different bands of Punk and Melodic Hardcore, then, growing up, I went from being an active listener in the electronic scene, to producing my own material in 2018.

I received support from different artists around the world such as Airwave, Tony from Above & Beyond, Paul Angelo & Don Argento, Juan Pablo Torrez, Bodai, Daria Fomina, Mario Puccio and Sebastián Bust among many others.

AURORA - Churchyard (Antrim Remix) [Free Download]

A re-recording of my opening set at Stellar 4 this June. The first hour was also featured on Gatecrash with @deejay-lash-larue. 

This was my first actual gig where I got to play deep and progressive music, and I really wanted to make something to celebrate :) I threw in a lot of tracks that have been special to me for a while, like Come Together, the Modd remix of Tuesday Maybe, Volen Sentir's Lost In Mind remix, and closing with one of my fav mashups that I've used a couple of times before in my personal mixes. I wanted to go from deep/organic to progressive but not taking too directa path, peaking the energy with GMJ & Matter's Oceans In Between remix. Very happy with this mix and what it represents. Here it is. Life's busy but I'm really proud to put this mix out regardless of it being February! As always, my yearmixes are a representation of the music that stuck with me through 2024. Maybe a song impressed me technically, maybe it pushed the boundaries of the current sound, or maybe it hit me in the right spot in some simple, personal way. 

Starting with some deep, organic sounds, then blending it's way into some enchanting progressive vibes, ending on some breakbeat.
