It's not a typical direction for me as it's more of a 'happy song' but I constantly encourage ppl to take their production out of their comfort zone so I must practice what I preach. there are certain social issues that are prevalent in the lives of many in which i feel need to be addressed such as : physical/nonphysical abuse, depression, homelessness and addiction. all of these issues are stigmatized and swept under the rug in a vain attempt to mask the truly dark nature of each of these topics.

half the proceeds from this tape are being donated to women's shelters across north america. 

huge shoutout to .sinh, j dilla, emune, eevee, harris cole, myles davis, and lincoln from the cafe downstairs for inspiration.
