"Mi serve aria", di un momento per respirare; e a volte l'esigenza di fuggire.
Ormai tutto è a portata di mano, abbiamo migliorato, con la tecnologia, alcuni aspetti della società ma ne abbiamo peggiorati altri.
"Aria" parla di voler respirare, di fermarsi un momento per guardarsi intorno. Siamo in un mondo ormai sempre più veloce, frenetico, concorrenziale, confusionario e caotico.
Con l'innovazione abbiamo abbattuto il tempo e le distanze; stiamo andanto sempre più veloci, più di quanto possiamo comprendere, non lasciandoci il tempo di elaborare.
Tutto "questo" pesa ancora di più, soprattutto se sostenuto sulle spalle di un ragazzo, ancora alle prese con le domande esistenziali e i problemi tipici dell'adolescenza.

David J. Kemper is a composer & producer from Chicago, Illinois, city of big shoulders, (former) hog butcher to the world, and home of Nelson Algren, Carl Sandburg, John Dillinger and Al Capone.  It has been speculated (by Mr. Kemper) that the gritty, rough and tumble energy of the streets from whence he hails has given extra bite and backbone to the sounds that he comes up with.  It is a theory, anyway.  Don’t think.  Just listen.
