MEETING IN HELL: Error in the System - Anxiety

We are delighted to guest a legend figure in our country Colombia and our city Bogotá, BLUEKIM! She started her career as a DJ in 1998. After exploring different music styles she was led to the genre which defines her today: techno. After 3 years of being on the decks at several parties and clubs around Colombia, she traveled to Sydney, Australia, what meant a radical change on her music and artistic ideas. At the end of the year 2001, she participated on "Bedroom Bangers", an important DJ competition made once a year by the electronic music newspaper of Sydney, 3D World. She won the 2nd place among 200 contestants. She came back to Colombia, this time with a stronger musical style based on melodic, strong synths with vocals and robot sounds of 80's EBM and Industrial. A couple of years after, she became part of the very well
known techno crew Techsound (2004 - 2009) and she was part of the organization and production of a long amount of important parties and events with local and international Dj’s and artists.  Her sets are unpredictable, full of energy, and are known by her strong mixing skills and her constant experimentation: a lot of industrial techno, EBM, electro techno, but above all, a great passion for machines,
synthetic, dark and deep sounds. She has played not only in all Colombia’s main cities but in other countries like Venezuela (Maracaibo, Mérida, Valencia), USA (New York, Los Angeles), Ecuador (Quito),
Australia (Sydney), and she has got the opportunity to share decks with many well known international Dj’s and artists. During year 2012 she had her first tour in Europe and she played with well known techno artists in Germany (Berlin), France (Burdeaux) and Bulgaria (Sofia). She’s also been headline Dj of underground oldschool parties like Beat 64, Mutaxion, Pink, Bogotrax, Airbag, FritoLay, Hardcodelia, Reconexión, etc, and she’s had residencies at legendary clubs of Bogota like Las Vírgenes, La Sala and Cinema, among others. Right now she is working on her first musical productions and with this podcast we are happy to guest a new member of the THC Family second female power in the collective!
