Juno Plus describes DeViere's productions as exciting new mutations on the Detroit-informed side of machine music, working in dub techno influences amongst a gritty, Chicago-flavored finish that brims with curious, ear-snagging ideas.  As a resident DJ for the Progressive Black radio show, most recently on 90.3 FM WZBC, he is willing to venture from disco to house to techno and back again, all in a single set, but able to do so convincingly.
