“Pills Everywhere” is a mashup that d.Santis (@dsantismusic) and put together. It uses Eric Sneo’s (@ericsneo) amazing track “Fragmented” and the acapella of Erick Morillo’s & Harry Romero’s classic track “Dancin’ (I Got The Pills)”. If you’re not following Eric Sneo, be sure to do so now.
I originally did this mashup live at an event last summer, and it came out so good that I realized it needed to be done professionally and layered perfectly. I reached out to Mark Desantis aka d.Santis for his amazing production skills. He takes this mashup to a higher level than I imagined. “Pills, everywhere” was born.

Here's another mashup that d.Santis ( @dsantismusic ) and I did. One of my currently favorite producers is Ramon Bedoya ( @deejayramonbedoya ). He remixed/edited Dubfire's remix of Grindhouse (Original by Radio Slave).

This mashup was inspired when Juan Beatz posted "Techno Vocals" by Marc Houle on Instagram. We twisted, chopped, looped, and laid the vocals/acapella of this track over Ramon's recent edit.

GrindHouse Vocals (d.Santis & David Paul) (R Bedoya Edit)-Dubfire, Radio Slave, M Houle DOWNLOAD

Thank you for checking out my latest mashup. I put this together in May 2019 in celebration of my biggest and most honorable gig to date, supporting Richie Hawtin at Halcyon San Francisco on May 27th. I was gratified when my peers in my Funky Teknomics group said it was a great mashup, as well as from the nods I received during the track on the loud system, and the words I received after my set in regard to the track.

This mashup's musical side is from the Spanish producer who creates beautiful and soothing Tekno, Citizen Kain. When I first heard this track, I knew immediately that I wanted to play it at my birthday event at Halcyon in March of  2018. I played it a few more times in the following months and knew that one day I would move to making this into a mashup with complete respect and appreciation to Citizen Kain. It wasn't until November of that same year that I found the vocals that I wanted to cut and lay over Mr. Kain's "Mischief", when I was again at Halcyon for the Pan-Pot show I heard them play these classic House vocals over a banging Techno track.

The vocals almost need no introduction, except to those who are new to electronic music, post 2007, or who are not familiar with Jim Morrison of The Doors, circa 1970. For those that are in either of those categories, the vocals were sampled from "A Little Game" to make them even more timeless than they already were, by John Creamer & Stephane K to make a timeless House song, "Forget The World".

I have humbly made this mashup in full and utter respect and appreciation of the artists formerly mentioned, and because of that, I offer the wav file free for download.

Though a relatively new DJ (since 2011), David Paul has had his heart deeply rooted in House & Techno music for much longer than that. David Paul always had a great ear for and flavor in House/Techno, and also always had the desire to share the music with others. Ever since his first time on the decks, he has been able to get the crowd's feet moving and hands in the air with his refreshing track selections. 

In a short period of time, David Paul has learned how to catch the attention and of the crowd every time he's on the decks. Having played at Coachella's Heineken Dome, after-hours at BPM in Playa del Carmen, Ruby Skye, Audio Discotech, Halcyon, The Great Northern, Monarch, Vessel, The Grand, Temple, Supperclub, Slide, The Cellar, Harlot, Monroe, The EndUp, A.W.O.L. in Cabo & Cancun, and having shared the decks with DJs including Richie Hawtin, Paco Osuna, Sander Kleinenberg, Oliver Huntemann, Art Department, Kaiserdisco, Umek, Klangkuenstler, Bart Skils, Christian Smith, Pig & Dan, Drunken Kong, Julia Govor, Ramiro Lopez, Prok & Fitch, Boris (NYC), The Junkies, Loco & Jam, DETLEF, Amtrac, Audiojack, Charles D, Sergio Fernandez, Cocodrills, My Digital Enemy, Dave Aude, EC Twins, LA Riots, Donald Glaude, Charles Feelgood, Chris Garcia, JJ Flores, David Garcia, Sex Panther, and many of the SF top House DJs, David Paul is well established to play for any crowd that truly loves Underground Music.

David Paul has also co-created Funky Teknomics Radio with partner Cris Zuniga. Funky Teknomics started as an internet radio show, created and hosted by Cristoffer Zuniga & David Paul, streaming live from Temple's radio studio/booth in early 2013. Quickly, Cristoffer and David Paul turned it into a series of monthly parties that moved to a different venue every month, titled Funky Teknomics' SF Tour. As a duo and collaboration, they have been able to take their music, gigs, positive vibes & love of underground music to places further than they first imagined. Currently, David Paul carries on the brand and music, along  with DJs Joey Moretti, Zara Mez, & d.Santis. 2 promoters/hosts are part of the Funky Teknomics team, Ginseng aka “Gino” Guzman, & Shaylene Fitzgerald. The Funky Teknomics sound spans from, and through Deep House, Tech House, Funky House, and Techno.
