small death of indigenous dreams." Volcanic imagery as psychological 
diagnosis. When Ruaumoko stirs with unspoken rage, denied collective 
trauma demands reckoning.

sing histories that bleed into the sulphurous air.

The Beehive hums, a hive of shadow-bees
making bitter honey from the flowers of discontent,

their obsidian teeth gnawing at ancestral clouds.
