Homework assignment from Harry Mack to choose a specific flow and use it while freestyling. I made the beat in a few minutes to set the flow I was going for ✌️

Committing to a Rhythm/Flow
-Pick one rhythm (it can be one you make up, or one from a song you like)
-Try to lock that rhythm in as much as possible, and improvise your own lyrics that fit.
-Be as strict as possible when you're practicing this so you can really work the technique
-when you're in a real performance situation you won't be thinking about this exercise at all and you'll have the freedom to vary the rhythm as much as you want; however, having practiced this in a very strict way will ensure that you have the skills needed to be in control of the rhythm/flow when you are doing a real performance.
