The Limonadier was started in 2010 just for fun and quickly became a complete online magazine inviting contributions across genres. All topics are welcome, as long as music is telling a story somewhere.

On offer: posts and columns dancing to the beat of the latest sounds and commenting on the music scene’s young pretenders, in-depth articles which our contributors mull over to share with you the music they think you’ll like, exclusive interviews, live reports, home-made and guest mixshakes, in-house compilations (the monthly “Limonadier Cocktail“) and a highly-curated selection of  not-to-be-missed events and releases.

With music being the most enjoyable of pretexts, we discuss what’s going on *now*, what we’ll be hearing in the future (as well as how and why), and even musical Prehistory! The Story Behind the TAILORS,

The Tailors is a producing and performing DJ duo
based in The Hague, the Netherlands.
There style is described as funky tech-house with a twist of soul.

Bastiaan & Jesse met during high school at age 15. They discovered that they both shared a passion for music and creating it. The love for different styles of music helped them find their own. 

Bastiaan was born on the 12th of July in 1989. At the age of 13 his parents bought him “Magix Music Maker” and this is when he started making songs with loops and samples. During this period he learned playing the drums and started experimenting with DJ-ing and producing. 
After finishing high school he went to the SAE in Amsterdam where he finished the Music Production Course. 

Jesse was born on the 17th of May in 1990. Jesse has always been interested in music, especially since his parents both were DJ’s in their younger years. At young age he learned mixing and had great interest in latin influenced music because of his Surinam roots.

Their fame started with funky remixes of classics from artists such as
Tracy Chapman, George Benson, The Whispers and many more.
They created their own style, which is deep, uplifting and funky.
The Tailors daily produce new original tracks for the world to enjoy.
They have performed in Paris, Cannes, Ibiza, Madrid, Monaco, India, Sao Paulo and many more places all over the world.

Brisbane native, Young Franco is well and truly establishing himself as one of Australia’s most legendary producers. His discography is sitting on over 180 million streams across all singles to date, with over 1 million monthly listeners on Spotify and three ARIA Certified Gold records. 

2023 has seen him take stages all across the US and Europe for a string of sold-out headline shows where he followed with huge slots at Aus festivals Splendour In The Grass and Listen Out festival. This followed a huge 2022, where he performed in the US for Lollapalooza and Portola whilst locking in key AUS Summer festival slots for  Falls Festival, Spilt Milk and Lost Paradise.

Over the past two years Young Franco has soundtracked the new-look Australian Football League, and received global sync’s for brands including Apple, Starbucks, Topshop and Kia.

Artiste aux multiples influences, frangi. résume son style par l’appellation kaleidisco. Il explore toutes les facettes du Disco dans chacune des décennies et aux quatre coins du monde. Ses mixs sont un cocktail unique où il raconte une histoire en fonction du mood de son audience.

Chineur, DJ, mixtape producer, fondateur d’un collectif et d’une communauté…c’est avant tout un passionné dont l’unique objectif est de partager ses émotions en musique.

Depuis 2013, il s’occupe de BPM (Blog des Pépites Musicales) où il poste une pépite par jour sur les réseaux. Sa chaîne est rapidement devenue un collectif qui compte aujourd’hui 6 DJs réunis par l’amour du Groove.
