“Breathe Like the Buddha” is a song I wrote to capture the peace and stillness I’ve found in Thailand. Surrounded by temples, chanting, and the gentle rhythm of everyday life, I wanted to create something simple enough to play on a harmonica, yet deep enough to remind us of the calm that lives within. The song is about slowing down, breathing, and letting the spirit of Buddha guide us toward tranquility. Every note is meant to feel like an exhale — gentle, steady, and free. I wrote it as both a reflection of my time here and as a reminder that peace is found in the simplest of moments.
