Elizabeth Trovall is passionate about writing, reporting and audio production around the world. She is currently a reporter at Business News Americas in Santiago, Chile and also freelances. 

Previously, Trovall has reported for StateImpact Texas (NPR), The Daily Meal, KUT Austin, CultureMap, KBIA (Missouri) and The Santiago Times.

 She graduated with a degree in Broadcast Journalism from the Reynolds Institute of Journalism and also holds a degree in theatre from the University of Missouri. 

Trovall has covered human rights issues, business news, arts and culture, politics and the environment. She is particularly interested in LGBTQ and Latino topics.
