David Espuig Izquierdo was born in Valencia (Spain) in 1977. His musical path began in his home town where since his early childhood he studiedat the local school of music, where he attended music theory courses and played the tuba, an instrument that he would play for the local band until he was 23 years old.
He would grow up listening to different music styles such as heavy, punk, oi!, ska, etc., and playing the bass guitar for a rock band (Taquicardia), a punk band (Mierda  PaTos) and a ska band (Skaserio Me Fio), with which he gave and organized concerts in squatted houses and self-managed premises from all over the Valencian Community (or region), as well as in discos and pubs.
His interest in all kinds of music makes him gradually become fond of electronic sounds, specifically those that sound deeper and more sinister and powerful. From that moment on he started to deejay and, together with a couple of friends, he would found ApaSoundsystem, a Valencian collective devoted to the self-management, promotion and spreading of musical events outside the conventional leisure venues.
As a DJ he uses a deep and corrosive sound, not very common, and elaborates a very personal mix including styles like wonky techno ,hardtechno, darktechno and any kind of obscure and underground sounds which he originally compiles giving them his particular style. Besides his passion for mixing music arises a need to produce it, a task that he performs under the nickname davit error.
