cannibal thoughts,
eat their way out of my head,
don't I know I'm worthless?
don't I wish I was dead?
but I pick up the guitar,
and write it in the red,
of the pain I can't escape,
but I can form it into shape,
into beautiful noise,
am I beautiful?
and it takes me way back when,
Punk Rock was my only friend,
and it's beautiful noise,
and it's beautiful,

let it out now,

in juvenile hall, 
in the psych ward, on the street,
got a song in my head,
and it sings me oh so sweet,
and I'm better than dead,
so I've put it on repeat,
sitting in my foster home,

this planet that I'm on,
