Hi, welcome to my little music blog!
It all started back in middle school. During breaks between classes we would send each other music on our phones with infrared and bluetooth. First it was all pop and rock music, but soon I found out about dubstep and drum and bass. It changed everything for me. I had many mp3 players and ipods full of music. I started going to raves and music festivals. I enjoyed some house, hiphop, techno and even psytrance. It's been a journey and after many years I am still so excited to hear new beats and melodies. I've been constantly reposting my favourite tunes for everyone to enjoy with me! Music just makes me so happy and I am glad if I can make you happy too! Besides partying I listen to music while at work, at home, on the streets or in gym. Basically all the time.
Most of all, I love drum and bass. Mainstream, liquid, rollers, jump up, neuro, jungle... you name it. I have dug deep into the world of drum and bass. This page probably has over 10,000 drum and bass tracks reposted by me that I really enjoyed. A few years ago, my friend invited me to a festival in Belgium, and I fell in love with heavy dubstep. After that, for 2 years straight, I was obsessed with it and even made another page for reposting. I found out about genres like riddim, wave, and trap. At one point I didn't want to know anything about it and deleted the page! Right now this is the only page I use. Maybe one day I will return to drum and bass, but lately I've been feeling crazy and reposting other stuff too. I love good music; I don't care what you call it, and I love to find inspiration in different genres.
For some time I was really into deep house. I love to shuffle (dance). I don't mind some bass house. Slap house? I love that. Club house, G-house, melodic house, electro house, progressive house, and yes, even tech house... whatever. I love house music!
I love big festival music like trap and hardstyle, but I also know what underground techno means. I love hardcore, and sometimes I love chillout.

Rediscovering the old school hardcore classics and J-TEK. Came across Future Jungle and the140 breaks along the way, via Future jungle blogspot. Started following the likes of Galvatron, Lucas, Strange Rollers, Dave Nexus, Top Draw Digital, Eddie Voyager, Anomaly, The Rumblist and Bay B Kane to name but a few. Buzzin to be back amongst it all and enjoyin a scene which is just gettin better on a daily!

Dawn Raid’s style of DJ set can simply be referred to as straight up rinse out, with a musical edge! This is due to all the artists in the collective having a shared experience in DJ/MC performance and production spanning the past 15 years from jungle as it was back in the early 90’s, to its present day DnB format. Combined with a real passion for the music, and the scene since it’s inception in the early 90s, Dawn Raid seek to deliver productions and live performances that represent the spectrum of Jungle/DnB from its beginnings to the present day. They do not limit themselves to current trends and always encompass the genre in its many forms, from deep and rolling, to big tear out tracks… always with a strong reference to the core elements and influences of the music from it's beginning.
