How much more authentic can an article be when you're reading your own work? For my birthday, I journaled like always but after, I went back and read some of the entries I made months ago, even years ago. It seems like I'm reading someone else's work. But these are my words, my thoughts, my state of mind.  

Have you ever looked back at your own work and were so surprised, you imagine how you came up with that content? It's enlightening on different levels but, you feel as if you're reconnecting with a close friend, a true close companion that you know extremely well. 

If you have not started journaling yet, you'll find a sense of calm, productivity and self reflection. There is no audience. There is no wrong way to do it. Just start writing. It can be gratitude, affirmations, goals, and even putting your mind the state of having already accomplished what you're working for. The mind knows no difference. Have it (your mind) create a path to your success.
