'The Daydream Disco Mix Series' aims to bring you the best disco, soul, funk and house vibes from artists both established and upcoming. Each mix is made up of 10 of our guests favourites tracks of the moment. Grooving straight into this months series is the Berlin based selector - Almost Famous.
	
Almost Famous is a Berlin based DJ. Growing up with 90s hip hop, he gradually found his way to house and disco music through funk and soul. While he always had a passion for sharing music and collecting records, he started DJing only a few years back. 

What started as a gig for fun at a friend’s birthday party slowly but surely developed into a real passion for mixing music on a regular basis. Together with a couple of friends, Almost Famous organizes and hosts ‘Not In My House’ and ‘Disko, No Disko’, both recurring club nights at Humboldthain Club in Berlin.

Straight from the 80s, bringing the Disco & House tunes back on the dance floors. Pack your funky shirts and get ready! Still not a star, but Almost Famous.

Heavyweight Scottish production duo @6thboroughproject have a wicked new EP 'Rhythm and Truth' landing this coming Friday on Jimpster's brilliant @delusionsofgrandeur label. Delivering again on the trademark deep disco meets groove infused house sound that has made them cult favourites across the globe it's a delight of a triple tracker.
