Hailing from South London, Bustin’ Loose aka Tom Lilly, is the founder of highly esteemed, hedonistic label and event series The Disco Express.
Roots ingrained in disco, funk and soul Bustin’ Loose is a prolific producer, promoter and designer. A penchant for dance music born out of a collection of his Dad’s dusty 45’s, Tom’s passion for music is evident. Having already released under Toy Tonics, Whiskey Disco, theBasement, Roux and Fresh Take Records within a year, the burgeoning artist continues to go from strength to strength.

Daydream Disco Mix Series - 003 - Bustin' Loose

Samosa Funk was all over the myhouseradio.fm airwaves last week with yet another treat for your audio canals. 

As ever, the boys have put together a stunning two hour show which, in our humble opinion set a new bar yet again in terms of quality and execution. 

Les Inferno is up first with a sackful of eclectic rarities, delectable grooves and forgotten gems. We don't have a full track list for this one, unfortunately but have done our best to ID most! 

De Gama then picks up the pace for the second hour with huge tracks from the likes of The Funk District, Bosq, Sweet Daddy Floyd and Paul Older to name just a few. Also in there is a sneak preview of LTJ Edits forthcoming Samosa Records release! A real demonstration of how De Gama can properly get his groove on!

Prisma Deer is a dj and producer from Costa Rica. His musical taste revolves around the genres of house, funk, disco, nu disco and indie dance. 

He has shared his music in events with international djs such as Dino Soccio, Big Pack, Fran Deeper, Rayko, The Funk District, Alexny, Marco Carola, Oscar L, Sidney Charles, Ben Spalding, Adam Collins and Nico Saav. He is co-founder of the record label Cross Fade, that also throws monthly parties with local and international dj guests. He is host of a weekly radio show in Amplify 95.5 FM.

As a producer he has released digital music in labels such as Spa in Disco, Spa Club, Sundries, Mango Sounds, Dynamite Disco Club, Furious Mandrill, And Friends, Disko Knights, Dusty Disko and Disco Vibes and a vinyl release on Super Spicy Records.

Wahine 2 Hour Special - Spin City, Ep 271

The Black Light Disco Show roared back onto the myhouseradio.fm airwaves last Monday with another hands on massage of your ears and tympanic membranes.  

Esteban & Goz were opening up the exclusively exclusive rooftop cocktail bar here in BLD Towers in anticipation of the warmer days and nights to come. 

First up is Esteban, who will take you through the first hour like a day-drinking tour guide - using the opportunity to showcase four tracks from the superb Super Spicy Vol. 5 vinyl release on Super Spicy Records, along with new music from the likes of Musta, Risk Assessment and Dirty Disco Stars. 

For the second hour, Goz will be flipping the cocktail shakers and outrageously ostentatious glasses with a pitch perfect mix of slammers from the likes of Kornum, Corrado Allunni, Monsieur Van Pratt, Lego Edit and Louie Vega to name but 5!

We're joined on the platform this week by one of the most prominent and recognisable labels in the Nu-Disco scene today, Tropical Disco Records.

Responsible for a prolific amount of music over the last 6 to 7 years, the label has gone from strength to strength under the guidance of label co-bosses Moodena and Sartorial. You'll find them out and about at their residency at Number 90 in Hackney Wick, London as well headlining with the legend that is Grant Nelson in Leeds in early June 2023.

Moodena & Sartorial deliver us a label takeover for hour 2 of the show, with a front to back tracklist of both released, unreleased and forthcoming material from the label.
