Visionary Apothecary is a 27 minute transmission of healing energy to help people through their metamorphosis.  The songs are channeled messages of love brought to earth through Johanna's life experiences over the last 10 years of transformation.  The songs stand strong and proud as beacons of understanding, forgiveness and transcendence.   The album is meant to be listened to in order from beginning to end.  Called "Perfection" by the B-52's singer Kate Pierson.  This is a sacred and beautiful gift from God in musical form.  In "Here Now Evolve", the lyrics capture a moment of pure, unadulterated joy as the singer hangs out with a friend at a rest stop and embarks on a simple quest to buy a soda pop. This new age punk anthem celebrates the transformation of the mundane into magic, urging listeners to evolve and break free from the confines of societal norms. With a blend of electrifying energy and positive messages, the song encourages the embrace of wild and free living, all while conveying the importance of communication and positivity.

Big Blue

With a love of gleaming melodies and reverb-drenched guitars, Dayflower blend the noise of My Bloody Valentine and Air style soundscapes with a DIY feel that evokes early Pavement and the indelible song craft of The La’s… coated in just the kind of hazy sheen to please fans of 4AD and Creation records. 

Initially a bedroom project with no expectations, their tunes have gone on to win over music fans around the world, assisted by airplay on BBC6 Music / Introducing and physical releases on New York's Cloudberry Records and Stuttgart based Summer Darling Tapes.

Dayflower’s next album, ‘Comfort’ is due to be released on Chicago based independent label Sunday Records later in 2024
