As you may or may not know, for the past almost 4 years, Sean and I have been the Music Curators at all our favourite Colibri Boutique Hotels in Tulum, Mezzanine, Mi Amor, El Pez, La Zebra, and now Lula.  
Mezzanine was the first of their hotels we walked into 16 years ago, and fell completely in love with the view, the vibe, the staff, the music, the food and cocktails, and we still consider it our favourite place on earth to this day.
This is the first of many many Mezz mixes to come once we stitch them together and upload!  We have some mixes up to 8 hours from our annual New Years Day balearic marathon...

Sunsets are the most delicious time to play for me, the change of light and mood and vibe... super magical music always comes through me, this one was particularly special for me.

I picked 20 hours of my fave music, put it in a playlist and this wild shit burst through, sure it's no perfect blending but damn, such great music, covering genres and decades and so much of my life's new and old songs.  
I went right into a trance for the whole 3 hours so listening back I'm still waiting for what song is coming next... hahaha I love music!
Dedicated to my Love, Sean Alejandro.  
My soulmate and greatest musical inspiration for the past 25 years. The first edit, the song Closer by Goapele was the song we played when I walked down the cliff in Mexico to marry him almost 17 years ago.

It is not everyday we are sent a 5 hour mix from someone we have asked to join our Phonica mix series; but when Sheffield & Manchester legend Luke Una sends one… you have to jump straight into it! Having become first recognised in the late 80’s and 90’s as one half of production team “The Unabombers” with Justin Crawford, Luke over the years has shown to be a master in all genres be it Balearic, to Brazilian to E soul, House, Disco and Techno, you name it! With his Worldwide FM show over the years gaining a cult following Luke has gained an even more of a broader crowd from his curation of his E Soul Cultura compilation series via the label Mr.Bongo (Both comps topping our EOY lists in 2022 and 2023). This exact vast taste (that is displayed in these compilations) is very much pummelled into this five hour journey of a mix like a piece of clay and sculpted into a fine piece of art. One week ago the world lost a beautiful soul, my favourite singer, and a dear sweet friend, Danielle Moore.
The day after she left a week long visit to Tulum, we were inspired by her mark on us - we played the next gig and I gathered all my Crazy P and Penis adjacent music.  My disco brother, Off Silence and I played this entire set dedicated to Crazy P and all music we love related to Danielle, Jim, Ron Basejam, Hot Toddy, and even dropped a song she sang on with Steve Cobby.   
Danielle was an incredible human, she won us all over in minutes just by her charming presence, her energy, her love of music and her utter kindness to every one she met... What a beautiful sister friend taken far too soon, we only just began our fun friendship. 
We miss you everyday, beautiful Amiga.
I sent this raw mix to her right after, and for months I've meant to re-record it to clean it up a little bit, and never did.  
She loved it just as it was, and I do as well... Unedited, here it is... 
I hope you do enjoy listening to it as much as I have loved Crazy P for nearly 3 decades Mx
