Just wanted to experiment with vocal chops that I found online, so this is what I managed to pump out in about 4 hours I think.  Might be a little too much reverb, but it's at least outta my comfort zone lol.  Enjoy! =]

Through therapy, I've been trying to practice compassion for myself.  I often beat myself up for not being where I want to be in my life, or not meeting the standards that others have reached.  That's what this song is about.  

There will often be times where it feels like you're not doing enough.  That doesn't mean you accept complacency, but you also need to be kind to yourself and give yourself credit for what you've done.  It's a lesson I'm still trying to learn myself.  But I hope it helps you and me.  Have a good day!
