"Phenomene J"
An Upcoming Artist from the south of  “Mauritius Island”. His main influence is Caribbean Music like Dancehall, Reggae, Zouk, Soca and also World music.
Coming from a family without any musical background, Phenomene J never thought of becoming a singer, even though at primary school he was interpreting local artist songs. It is at the age of 15 when he really started to get involve in serious musical stuff. He started writing his own lyrics having for main influence the Dancehall Music. Then he joined a musical Group call SBRZ where he has participated on their second album where one song featured on the list of Sega (Mauritius native music) of the Year “Bouze Nou Ban Zil”. 

Then he left this group and joined to create RDS Crew (11 October 2007) with Doc Jahkanen and "SKA" gone too early (RIP mi breda). Till now he is performing with this musical group. At the same time he has participated on other project like Ragga Konexion Vol 3 (Mauritian Ragga Dancehall Music Compilation). He featured on a well-known Mauritian Zouk & RnB Singer's Album “Evidence” by Tcheky. He participated on another Mauritian compilation “L’Union Sacré”.
