Diese fast meditativen Klänge sind wunderbar geeignet, Ruhe und Entspannung zu finden. Es ist nicht die eigentliche typische Meditationsmusik, diese ist zwar ansatzweise enthalten, es wird eher der Bereich Ambient, Pop und Electronic angesprochen. Die Grundstimmung ist sehr ruhig, allerdings bieten die Stücke allesamt auch ein wenig Abwechslung. Ideal zum Träumen, Abschalten, Relaxen, Wohlfühlen ja auch meditieren.
