Denrock was Born in The Bronx New York where he spent part of his life before moving to Virginia Beach . He grew up in an era where lyrical content and bars mattered and it reflects in his music. He has based his music career off being crafty with his wordplay while flowing over the boom bap type beats ! His third EP Raising the Torch was released on 4-3-20 , this project is very unique because Denrock found a way to keep his  same lyrical content and soulful sound while flowing over tracks that make his music appeal to a broader audience.
