There is a Japanese term: Mono no aware. It means basically, the sad beauty of seeing time pass - the aching awareness of impermanence. These are the days that we will return to one day in the future only in memories. How do we capture them? How could we possibly be able to fully appreciate them in the present? This project is our attempt to put time under glass.

The Midnight is a marriage between a songwriter from the Deep South and a producer from Denmark who both live in Los Angeles. This is our love song to our city and a testament to the weight these years can hold.

Sonic Jesus is the project of Tiziano Veronese. Based in Italy and formed in 2012.

Internationally acclaimed since the very beginning, thanks to the instantly sold-out debut on Fuzz Club Records (Sonic Jesus EP, 2012) and a cult split featuring the Black Angels (Split Single N°5, 2014), they took part to the Reverb Conspiracy twice, the Cosmosis Festival (featuring the Jesus & Mary Chain), the Eindhoven Psych Lab and the Reverence Festival. During the years Sonic Jesus performed live throughout Europe and shared stages with Damo Suzuki, Dead Skeletons, A Place To Bury Strangers and Singapore Sling for whom they opened the European leg of his tour. The long-awaited first double LP 'Neither Virtue, Nor Anger' (Fuzz Club Records, 2015), completely self-recorded and produced, confirms their own skills to renovate and transcend genres and forms, all condensed in an impressive masterwork.

New album ‘Grace’ (Fuzz Club Records, 2017) goes beyond the past boundaries, pushing towards enthralling melodic horizons and handsomely modern pounding beats.

Yoann Lemoine aka Woodkid, is widely regarded as one of the most creative and exciting artists working in the contemporary music, as witnessed by his hugely acclaimed videos for Global superstars Lana Del Ray and Drake & Rihanna amongst others. Woodkid is the musical artist, the songwriter/singer/lyricist/producer, who has made this beautiful record. The visual aspect remains hugely important with Woodkid directing all his own videos and turning his live performances into a spectacle rarely seen in the world of pop music. Together with a 30-piece orchestra, he turned the venerable Le Grand Rex theatre in Paris into a place of ecstasy in front of 3,000 adoring fans last September. “When I started playing my own music, I wanted it to be as tall as a skyscraper. Images can achieve that. A really big orchestra can also achieve that.” 

This creative ambition and artistic freedom have allowed Woodkid to make such a unique sounding and powerful album as The Golden Age.  “It’s all about that time of passage between adolescence and adulthood, into that confusing hyper-reality,” Woodkid notes.
